Riccardo Gioè
Riccardo Gioè is an Entrepreneur and Real Estate Advisor based in the Dubai, where he lives with is family. He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the Università Politecnica delle Marche in Ancona and a Master’s in Marketing and Sales from Luiss Business School in Rome.
Riccardo loves Cars and Motorsports, as well as Tennis, that he plays very often trying to improve his skills.
He founded Corsa Real Estate in 2023, a Boutique, Family‑owned Advisory Firm focused on Luxury and off‑market opportunities across the UAE and other key international destinations such as Italy and Switzerland.
Working primarily as a Buyer’s Broker, Riccardo supports Family Offices, Private Investors and Trusted Professionals, with a strong ability to source unique off‑market assets in the UAE and Europe.

Ilona Lobkova, Co-Founder of Corsa Real Estate, loves to advise HNWIs and Family Offices on the acquisition and structuring of Prime Real Estate across International Markets.
Specialised in sourcing exclusive off-market opportunities, building strategic property portfolios, and executing complex cross-border transactions with absolute discretion.
Fluent in Russian, Italian, and English.
Focused on long-term value creation through Global Real Estate Investments.
